Head of Corporate Services, Hospitality

This leadership role offers the unique opportunity to join an iconic hospitality organisation as their Head of Corporate Services. An integral member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s vision, strategy and transformation.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, you will spearhead the organisation’s Corporate functions, including (but not limited to) Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Planning and Legal. You will work closely with these functional leaders to deliver their goals, elevate capabilities and drive organisational excellence. You will lead and mentor a sizable team of qualified professionals, shaping their development and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. This is a highly visible role where you will partner both external and internal stakeholders to drive the future growth and performance of the organisation.

Requirements
You are a seasoned Corporate Services leader with 20+ years of experience in the Hospitality/ Lifestyle/ Retail/ Consumer/ Real Estate sectors. Ideally, you have managed Corporate functions, such as Finance and Corporate Planning, and lead these functions to deliver the organisation’s vision and goals. You are familiar with engaging external stakeholders, including professional bodies, government agencies and commercial entities, to shape strategic directions and drive business performance. To succeed in this role, you will be described as commercial, agile and passionate about the business.
