Our client, a leading institution in Singapore’s public healthcare sector, is seeking a seasoned and driven professional to join their hospital development team as a Project Manager (Healthcare Infrastructure). This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare infrastructure in Singapore.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a high-impact healthcare development project, working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and coordination of hospital development activities, working closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate productive discussions with users during the design, construction, and post-construction phases, including integration of medical equipment and facilities maintenance.
• Drive the collection and resolution of user requirements, ensuring timely approvals and accurate documentation throughout all project stages.
• Support budgetary planning and ensure proposed designs are delivered within approved timelines and cost parameters.
• Administer project processes in compliance with institutional policies and maintain robust documentation practices.
• Stay abreast of healthcare planning trends and contribute to strategic development discussions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical), Building Science, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, ideally with a strong foundation in project management.
• Prior experience in healthcare infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Provide secretariat support and contribute to governance and reporting processes.
