Senior Manager, Leasing (Industrial)

A leading real estate platform is seeking a Senior Manager, Industrial Leasing to join its Singapore team. Reporting to the Head of Department, this role suits a commercially driven leasing professional with strong knowledge of Singapore’s industrial property landscape and a proactive, hunter mindset.

Tanggungjawab

You will report to the Head of Department based in Singapore. Key responsibilities include drive leasing strategies for industrial assets, identify and secure new occupiers, manage tenant relationships, negotiate lease terms, and support asset performance objectives. You will build market intelligence, generate leads, convert prospects, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and represent the business professionally with brokers, tenants, and industry partners.

Keperluan

You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial or business park leasing. You possess strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Singapore leasing market and JTC framework. To succeed in this role, you will be described as a self-starter with a go-getter attitude, commercial acumen and strong communication skills.
