      Our client is a well-established organization with a strong regional ASEAN presence. As part of its continued growth, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned Total Rewards professional to join the team as a Senior Rewards Lead, driving the strategic design and execution of compensation and benefits programs across the business.

      Tanggungjawab

      Reporting to the Senior HR leadership, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives and market practices. You will oversee compensation frameworks, including salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, and bonus cycles, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.

      You will manage the end-to-end performance management and compensation review processes, as well as administer long-term incentive programs, including share plans and related reporting. A key aspect of the role includes partnering with senior management and the Board on executive compensation matters.

      Working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders, you will design and implement tailored incentive schemes to support diverse business units. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining compensation and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and governance standards.

      In addition, you will drive compensation-related projects, leveraging data analytics and market insights to provide recommendations that enhance reward effectiveness and support talent attraction and retention.

      Keperluan

      You are degree-qualified with at least 12 years of relevant Total Rewards experience, ideally gained within complex and matrixed organizations. You bring strong hands-on experience in managing compensation cycles, performance management frameworks, and benefits programs.

      Familiarity with SuccessFactors Performance Management and Compensation modules will be advantageous. You possess a strong understanding of employment legislation and regulatory requirements, coupled with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
