Tanggungjawab

Reporting to the Group CFO and managing a sizable team of qualified professionals, you will be an integral member of the Finance leadership team and provide sound financial counsel in support of strategic decision making and business performance. You will participate actively in the group’s M&A, fundraising and financing efforts to drive business growth and diversify portfolio. In addition, you will lead the Finance function and champion best-in-class practices as the organisation strives to transform with the evolving business landscape.

Keperluan

Ideally, you are CA/ CPA qualified with a proven track record as a seasoned Finance leader in a large-cap SGX listed organisation. Prior expertise in transforming Finance capabilities and enhancing capital management strategies would be essential for consideration. To succeed in this role, you will be described as a strategic business partner with an entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
