HR Business Partner – Global Asset Manager
Description
This leading asset manager invests in multi-assets across private and public markets globally. It is now seeking to hire a dynamic HR Business Partner for its Investment Division. Role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of HR for the Investment Division, you will play an integral role in delivering initiatives and support the achievement of overall strategic plans for the Investment and Investment Support teams. As a strategic HR business partner, you will partner with HR product specialists to support a wide range of initiatives including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, workforce transformation and compensation. You will lead HR projects and drive the desired outcomes.
Requirements
Degree qualified, you possess 10 – 15 years of HR experience gained at a major asset manager, private equity investor and / or private bank. You have proven experience in dealing with senior management and possess strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. You are commercial, driven, strategic, operationally hands-on and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
