Our client, a major bank, is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Lead to join their HR Transformation Team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that shape the organization’s HR strategy and drive impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with regional and local stakeholders to implement impactful HR transformation strategies and achieve program objectives. You will oversee program activities and resources, including managing vendor partnerships, to ensure the successful execution of HR initiatives. As a key team member, you will lead or participate in agile squads to drive the delivery of transformation projects. Furthermore, you will create data-driven presentations that highlight trends and insights, establish metrics to evaluate effectiveness, and continuously enhance HR processes and strategies to support organizational objectives.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with over 13 years of experience in HR transformation and strategy, with expertise in areas such as HR Operating Models, Employee Experience, Digital HR, HR Process Design, or Project Management. You should have a proven track record in managing or delivering HR-related programs in a large organization. Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with creativity and resourcefulness, position you well for this role. You are a skilled communicator with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. High attention to detail, adaptability in ambiguous environments, and a results-oriented approach, combined with empathy for employees, are also critical attributes for this position.
