IT Program Director – ERP
Our client is a well-established market leader in the consumer and retail space, with a strong regional presence. Due to growth and increased demands, it is now hiring for a Technology Program Director to join its group Program Office.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Department Head, you work closely with stakeholders from multiple business lines to manage group wide portfolio of projects. You lead large scale transformation and strategic programs that have direct impact of the organization’s operations and business efficiency.
You will also manage solution integration and vendor relationships, working with both in-house teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery
Requirements
Degree-qualified, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale, multi-year programs in a complex environment. You have hands-on experience in delivering complex ERP, CRM solutions, and integration programs, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption. You possess strong knowledge of program and change management methodologies and approaches, with a proven track record in managing in-house and external vendors. You are a strong communicator, resilient, and have effective stakeholder management skills
