      Overview
      We’re partnering with a financial services provider trusted by central banks, commercial banks, and clearing houses across Singapore and the region. As part of its shift toward strengthening mobile and customer-facing platforms, the company is looking for a Mobile Engineering Lead to focus on building secure, scalable and resilient mobile solutions that support the organisation’s broader digital initiatives.
      Role
      The Mobile Engineering Lead will oversee both mobile front-end and related back-end delivery. The role includes taking immediate ownership of an active mobile initiative that is currently managed across different teams. The individual will guide architectural decisions across mobile, integration and server-side components, ensuring alignment with security, resiliency and regulatory requirements. This position requires working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Product, Business Development, Operations and Finance, translating business needs into practical designs and managing delivery across multiple development tracks. The leader will coach and manage engineers, set performance expectations and foster effective communication, while helping to define future team growth based on evolving needs.
      Requirements
      The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent education, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a lead role. A strong grounding in mobile technologies, combined with back-end and integration architecture exposure, is essential. Experience in areas such as cloud integration, API management, middleware, security practices and mobile DevOps will be beneficial. The role requires proven people leadership with KPI accountability, along with the ability to manage multiple delivery tracks and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
