An exciting leadership opportunity has opened up with a global powerhouse in the human nutrition industry. We are seeking a National Sales Director to lead the flavor business in China, with a strong emphasis on the Beverages segment. This is a strategic role that requires a commercially astute leader to drive growth across both CPG and Food Service channels.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the General Manager for China’s Flavor business, the successful candidate will oversee a dedicated sales team based across China, and be responsible for shaping and executing market strategies, expanding customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value. This is a highly visible position with significant influence on business direction and performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of experience within the flavors and food ingredients space, ideally with a focus on flavors and beverages. You should have at least 10 years in a sales leadership role, ideally within a multinational environment, with a proven track record of managing complex accounts and inspiring high-performing teams. Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English are essential, along with a proactive, independent, and customer-centric mindset.
