Regional Corporate Comms Lead

Our client
Our client has a strong global presence across Asia, committed to improving healthcare access and driving innovation in the industry. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, you will drive internal and external communications strategy, strengthen brand identity, and enhancing stakeholder engagement. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing both internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand values and strategic objectives. In this role, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement communication strategies that include executive messaging, internal announcements, quarterly town halls, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives.
As a key player in managing brand positioning and identity, you will ensure consistency with the company’s core values following a recent brand strategy update. You will oversee corporate messaging across multiple channels, including social media, corporate publications, and external engagements. Crisis management will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities, as you proactively develop communication strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company’s reputation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in corporate communications, branding, and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience working closely with HR and sustainability teams will be advantageous. The role requires excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to develop compelling narratives that align with corporate objectives.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at senior levels are essential. Experience in crisis communications and reputation management will be highly valued.
