An established leader in Southeast Asia’s dairy sector is expanding its footprint in Singapore and is seeking a driven, strategic, and independent Sales Manager to grow the Foodservice business. This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading brand renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation.
Responsibilities
This Singapore-based role is critical to expanding the company’s Foodservice channel, with a strong emphasis on cafes and hotels as top priorities, followed by restaurants and bakeries. We’re looking for a sales professional with at least five years of relevant foodservice experience in the Singapore market. You’ll need to understand the local F&B landscape, bring strong relationships, and be ready to roll up your sleeves-this role doesn’t come with a team to delegate to, so self-sufficiency and initiative are essential.
You’ll be expected to develop and execute structured sales strategies, pitch directly to customers, and handle everything from relationship management to pricing strategy. Beyond just pushing product, your role is to convey the company’s broader value proposition-highlighting quality, distribution capabilities, and customer support-and identifying cross-selling opportunities across the product range. You’ll be expected to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, craft compelling proposals, and navigate rejection with persistence and professionalism, always structuring thoughtful follow-ups to eventually secure accounts.
Requirements
Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ability to analyze data, understand customer needs, and translate insights into action will be key. You’ll also work closely with internal teams across marketing, supply chain, and distribution to ensure that customer expectations are met from end to end.
A background in dairy is not mandatory, but experience selling food or beverage products into similar customer segments is required. This role will report to the Country Head of Sales & Marketing and includes monthly progress reporting responsibilities.
