As they embark on a massive digital transformation, we are seeking a heavyweight Technical Lead to serve as the primary architect and technical driver for their Oracle Fusion ecosystem. As the Technical Lead, you will serve as the single point of accountability for the entire technical landscape of this global ERP transformation. Your mission is to architect the backbone of the enterprise by leading the strategic design of Oracle Fusion, ensuring it functions as a high-performance core for Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM. You will bridge the gap between business and technology, translating functional needs into sophisticated integration patterns between Oracle SaaS, legacy platforms, and best-of-breed third-party applications. Beyond initial design, you will provide end-to-end oversight across the full project lifecycle-from early architecture definition and build through to testing, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization. You will be responsible for ensuring the system is not only technically robust and secure but also “built to purpose,” aligning every technical deliverable with overarching transformation objectives.
To ensure long-term success, you will balance high-level strategic decision-making with hands-on leadership. You will establish rigorous governance and coding standards to eliminate technical debt, ensuring the environment remains upgradeable and compliant with enterprise standards. A critical component of this role involves managing the intersection of in-house and third-party solutions; you will assess functional gaps within Fusion, evaluate “build vs. buy” options for complementary systems, and design integrations that ensure third-party tools align with the broader architecture. As a technical authority, you will mentor development teams and collaborate closely with functional leads, system integrators, and vendors to resolve complex challenges. Finally, you will lead the transition to operational readiness, supporting hyper-care activities and establishing a seamless handover to BAU support teams to ensure the landscape remains scalable and stable as the business evolves.

Deep Oracle Fusion mastery and a distinguished background in technical architecture (ERP/SCM/CRM), including OIC, APIs, and cloud integration frameworks. Your career is defined by a proven track record of leading technical workstreams for large-scale, multi-system transformations, where you have successfully navigated the nuances of legacy-to-cloud migrations. You are a disciplined leader in technical governance, with extensive experience enforcing security frameworks, performance optimization, and quality assurance protocols within a SaaS environment. Your ability to assess technical limitations and evaluate external applications against enterprise standards is essential for maintaining a coherent ecosystem.
Possessing elite stakeholder navigation skills, you excel at translating complex technical risks and architectural decisions into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical partners. You are a “lead-by-example” practitioner who is equally comfortable troubleshooting deep-level technical issues as you are managing high-level project milestones and dependencies. Above all, you bring the accountability and foresight required to manage the full lifecycle of a global implementation, ensuring that the final solution is secure, performant, and perfectly fit for long-term operational needs.
