On behalf of this prestigious organization, we are seeking a high-caliber IT professional to lead the delivery and operational support of their critical Finance systems, with a sharp focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Reporting.

You Will Get To…
In this dynamic role, you will take end-to-end accountability for high-impact FP&A, financial consolidation, and reporting projects, driving them seamlessly from initial requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare. You will shape financial IT strategy by driving envisioning and requirements workshops with business leaders, translating complex planning and forecasting needs into scalable, secure functional specifications. Bridging the gap between business and technology, you will partner closely with business analysts, finance teams, and internal IT squads to architect data integration specifications and ensure ironclad data integrity across systems. Furthermore, you will manage strategic vendors and project teams to optimize resources, maintain high morale, and ensure the successful delivery of products in strict accordance with contracts and SLAs. As the owner of application maintenance, support, and upgrade cycles, you will proactively evaluate system logic, recommend architectural enhancements, and ensure top-tier audit readiness and security compliance. You Will Bring Your Experience Of…
To excel in this position, you will bring at least 10 years of overall IT experience, backed by a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. This includes 5+ years of dedicated experience specializing in SAP Finance and FP&A/Reporting systems, where hands-on functional or technical exposure to Jedox and SAP S/4HANA (such as FICO, PS, FM, TRM, or CLM) will give you a distinct advantage.
You possess a deep domain knowledge of core financial processes, including annual budget cycles, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, allocations, and financial consolidation. Your strong technical grounding allows you to design secure data exchanges between source systems and FP&A tools, resolve complex system logic difficulties, and collaborate effectively with specialized infrastructure teams. An exceptional stakeholder manager, you leverage your stellar communication skills to build strong rapport, synthesize complex topics, and confidently engage with everyone from executive business users to external vendors. Finally, you stand out as a proactive, self-starting leader who works independently, manages resources efficiently, and eagerly pivots toward new challenges, with professional credentials like PMP, CITPM, or SAP/Jedox certifications serving as a fantastic bonus.
