As part of its AI and data transformation journey, the organization is seeking to appoint an experienced AI Data Scientist to develop advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that improve decision-making across core business operations.

You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions that enhance decision-making across core business operations. Working with structured and unstructured data, you will build predictive models, optimization algorithms, and Generative AI applications to improve operational performance, forecasting, and business insights. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technology teams to identify high-value use cases, translate business problems into analytical solutions, and productionize models within enterprise platforms. You will also evaluate emerging AI techniques, contribute to model governance and monitoring, and continuously improve model performance through experimentation and iterative development.

Persyaratan

We are looking for an experienced data scientist with 5-10 years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics. You should have strong expertise in statistical modelling, supervised and unsupervised learning, and experience developing solutions using Python and modern machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience across Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI agents will be highly advantageous.

Experience applying AI within complex enterprise environments, particularly in commodities, energy, manufacturing, industrial, or other data-intensive industries, is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders to translate analytical insights into business outcomes are essential.
