AI Enablement Lead – Financial Services

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive the adoption and scaling of AI capabilities across the business. Partnering with stakeholders across operations, risk, compliance, technology, and business functions, you will play a key role in embedding AI into workflows, enhancing productivity, and ensuring responsible AI adoption across the organisation.

Tanggung Jawab

You will develop and execute the firm’s AI enablement strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency. You will drive enterprise-wide AI adoption through training, change management, and capability-building initiatives, while supporting business teams in identifying and implementing high-value use cases.

Working closely with technology, data, risk, and compliance teams, you will establish best practices for AI usage, support governance initiatives, and track adoption metrics to measure business impact and value realisation.

Persyaratan

You possess experience leading AI adoption, digital transformation, change management, or innovation programmes within financial services. A strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and enterprise AI tools is essential, alongside the ability to translate technology capabilities into practical business outcomes.

You have a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, driving organisational change, and delivering large-scale enablement initiatives. Experience navigating regulatory and governance considerations within a highly regulated environment will be highly regarded.
