AI Transformation Analyst, Trading Operations

We are seeking an AI Transformation professional to drive the identification, design and implementation of AI-enabled workflow enhancements within a leading global agricultural commodities trading business.

Embedded directly within the Middle Office team, this role will play a foundational part in modernizing operational processes through GenAI and automation tools.

Tanggung jawab:

In this pivotal role, you will analyse operational and data workflows, identify automation and GenAI use cases and develop structured AI-enabled SOPs that enhance efficiency, reliability and governance.

Working closely with traders, operations and support teams, you will prototype and validate AI solutions in live trading environments, helping shape the business’s AI adoption roadmap.

Persyaratan:

To be successful in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience within commodities trading operations or adjacent trading industries. A strong understanding of trading workflows and operational controls is essential.

Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar platforms in a professional context is required.

Strong analytical, process-mapping and stakeholder engagement skills are critical, alongside the ability to balance innovation with governance and risk considerations.
