Assistant Director, Project Management (Education)

A leading education provider in Singapore is seeking a seasoned project manager to drive campus projects, change management and sustainability initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab

You will report to the Head of Department and will oversee end-to-end project management and space planning initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with stakeholder expectations, organisational standards, budgets, and timelines. The role manages contractor relationships, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and serves as the key liaison between internal teams, consultants, and senior leadership. Responsibilities include governance through steering committees, project handovers, post-renovation issue management, and clear stakeholder communication.

In parallel, the role co-leads space planning and design efforts, working with architects and facilities teams to deliver functional, sustainable workplace solutions aligned with organisational culture and operational needs. The position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive multiple complex projects in dynamic environments.

Persyaratan

You are a seasoned professional with at least 10 years in real estate workplace design management. Candidates with prior experience in construction and has worked on Green Mark projects will be viewed favourably. To excel in this role, you would be described as a hands-on individual who is collaborative and possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
