Assistant General Manager, Retail

A global private equity real estate firm with diverse assets within APAC is looking for a seasoned retail General Manager to manage their portfolio in Singapore.

Tanggung Jawab

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a large-scale shopping mall. Your leadership will shape the property’s growth and performance, and you’ll engage with a dynamic tenant community. Key responsibilities include overseeing overall asset management, building operations, inhouse technicians, tenant relations, and marketing. You will also work closely with cross functional teams such as leasing and asset management.

Persyaratan

You possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field. Prior experience as a General Manager for retail malls will be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone with a keen eye for detail, is a problem solver, and is collaborative.
