Assistant Manager / Manager, Investments and Asset Management

A prominent real estate player, known for its dynamic approach to property development and investment, is currently looking to expand its team in Singapore by hiring an investment professional to enhance its industry expertise in the region.

Tanggung Jawab

You will report to the Head of Investments and play a crucial role in guiding the team and creating value for the company. This encompasses evaluating and steering assets for optimized returns, identifying and analysing new investment opportunities, and assisting in strategic planning for acquisitions, developments, and divestments. You will also develop and maintain financial models to analyse the performance of the portfolio at property level as well as preparing asset reports on the properties.

Persyaratan

You are a seasoned investment professional with at least 5 years of industry experience. You have extensive knowledge of large-scale and complex development projects, and have hands on experience working with development cashflow models. Candidates with regional experience in markets like Malaysia and Indonesia will have an added advantage. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who values teamwork and is able to handle a fast-paced environment.
