Assistant Manager / Manager, Technical Services (Civil Engineering)
A leading organization driving innovation and excellence in public healthcare infrastructure and services is seeking a dedicated civil engineer to join their expanding team in Singapore.
Tanggung Jawab
You will drive construction productivity and innovation across project lifecycles, from design to facility management. Main responsibilities include spearheading the implementation of Master Productivity Plans, ensure compliance with structural safety standards, and standardize Civil & Structural (C&S) design practices. You will also lead digitalization efforts using BIM, DfMA, and IDD to enhance efficiency and quality. Other key tasks include conducting site audits and provide technical expertise for C&S works in public healthcare projects.
Persyaratan
You are a self-driven individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure/ construction. A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is a must have. Candidates who are registered with the Professional Engineers Board is a plus. Open to candidates from consultancies or developer’s representative. You are proficient in latest construction technologies, BIM, DfMA, and IDD. To succeed in this role, you have to be communicative, proactive and able to handle/influence various stakeholders.
