      Deskripsi

      Our client is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Singapore’s foodservice channel. This is a true hunter role suited for a high-energy sales professional who thrives on opening doors, winning new business, and building strong relationships across the F&B ecosystem.

      Tanggung Jawab

      The successful candidate will take ownership of developing new accounts across cafés, bubble tea chains, hotels, airline caterers, catering companies, and institutional foodservice operators. Working closely with distribution partners, this individual will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to onboarding and repeat business, while acting as a passionate ambassador for a premium dairy portfolio and farm-to-glass brand story.

      Key responsibilities include driving new business acquisition, conducting product demonstrations and culinary workshops, developing strategic account partnerships, and identifying new channel opportunities within Singapore’s foodservice landscape. The role also requires strong market activation capabilities, including participation in trade shows, barista competitions, and culinary showcases, alongside maintaining disciplined CRM reporting and pipeline management.

      Requirement

      We are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of foodservice sales or business development experience within Singapore, ideally with exposure to dairy, F&B ingredients, or food manufacturing brands. A proven track record in opening new accounts, strong relationships across cafés, hotels, airline catering, or institutional buyers, and hands-on engagement with chefs, baristas, and procurement stakeholders will be highly regarded.
