Business Lead, SEA (Retail)
Our client is a leading Retail Company looking to hire a Business Lead, SEA. This role takes full responsibility for end-to-end P&L management and supports the business development initiatives to achieve sales growth and profitability objectives.

You will be responsible for:
- Oversee integrated B2B sales, marketing, and retail execution by collaborating with commercial, marketing, and store operations teams to maximise customer engagement, sales performance, and brand visibility.
- Build strong relationships with brand owners, internal stakeholders, and key partners to align business objectives, execute growth initiatives, and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes across the region.
- Develop and implement regional brand and commercial strategies in partnership with brand principals, leveraging market insights, product innovation, and customer-centric initiatives to strengthen brand performance and market share.
- Lead marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness, utilizing traditional and digital channels to engage target audiences and increase market penetration
- Ensure that product consultants consistently drive sales, foster high levels of customer engagement, enhance sales performance and provide exception customer service across all channels
Requirements
You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in general management in the consumer industry. Ideally, you should have track record in driving brand growth and profitability and in developing and executing successful B2B sales strategies. You will possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Management.
