Our client is a dynamic and fast‐growing organization, embarking on a keen agenda of transformation where the focus is on achieving organisarional efficiency through streamlining, process re-design, effective resource allocation etc. There is now an opportunity for a credible and seasoned professional to join them in this newly created role.

Tanggung Jawab

You will enable the business and the executive leadership team to focus on growth, innovation, market delivery and customer experience. Having end-to-end accountability for the administrative backbone of the business: Finance & Accounting, Human Resources & Talent, Legal/Compliance & Risk, Information Technology, Facilities & Business Services, Corporate Communications, Procurement & Strategy Execution, you will work closely with the Chief Executive in co-piloting and directing the trajectory of the company.

Persyaratan

Ideally you should be degree qualified, with a minimum of 20 solid years’ of broad based business / relevant experience gained across multi-functions within corporate services. A senior leader in your own right, you will manage the non-sales CXO teams to drive performance. You are excellent in project/program management and have a demonstrated track record of leading impactful transformation initiatives of scale. Strategic in mindset, you are highly disciplined and structured in approach. A self-starter, you infect others with your positive energy and are adept at navigating through ambiguities. You are an excellent communicator blessed with superior influencing skills and masterful senior stakeholder engagement.
