Contract Analyst (Energy Trading)
Fantastic opportunity to be part of an experienced team of contracts managers with a global remit. Due to business expansion in the energy trading sector, there is a fresh opening within the department to support this growth.
Tanggung Jawab
You will play an active role reviewing, drafting and negotiating trading contracts anchored by internal policies, commercial terms and counterparty agreements.
The contracts management process involves multiple internal stakeholders, hence stakeholder management is critical in this role.
There’d also be close liaison with the Legal and Compliance department should be be further escalaton on clauses related to trading contracts.
Those with less direct industry experience will be given time to get up to speed. However knowledge of and interest in contracts management and lifecycle is important.
Persyaratan
Experience within a commodity trading/energy trading company handling contracts management (draft, review, negotiate) would be very helpful.
Those with shipping experience and strong understanding of trading of physical cargoes may also apply.
Lawyers with relevant experience and keen to pivot to a contracts management role, feel free to apply.
Understanding of incoterms would be a plus.
