Corporate Associate | International Law Firm, 2-5PQE
An international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Singapore corporate practice. The role involves advising on a range of Singapore corporate and M&A matters, including transactions and corporate restructuring and reorganisation work for multinational and regional clients. Matters often involve regulatory considerations and require careful execution under Singapore law.
The Work
- Corporate reorganisations and internal group restructurings
- Share transfers, capital and asset restructurings
- Joint ventures and strategic investments
- Ongoing corporate advisory work
The Candidate
- 2-5 years’ PQE in corporate law from a leading Singapore law firm or comparable practice
- Solid exposure to Singapore corporate/M&A work, including structuring or reorganisation matters
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Commercial, responsive and solution-oriented
- Singapore-qualified lawyers preferred
