CTO – GPU Infrastructure

Our client is an established digital infrastructure platform with a growing footprint across Asia. As part of its next phase of expansion, it is launching a Singapore-based GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platform that will leverage its broader ecosystem across data centres and digital assets. This hire will work closely with the CEO to build and commercialise a credible, long-term GPU infrastructure business.

Peran

As Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the end-to-end buildout and delivery of the GPU cluster capability, translating commercial and customer requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions. This includes architecting and deploying large-scale GPU clusters (e.g. NVIDIA H/B/GB series and A200/A800-class systems), overseeing network/compute/storage design, and ensuring performance across NVLink, InfiniBand and RDMA environments .

You will take ownership of RFP responses, partner selection, vendor negotiations, and programme delivery-ensuring projects are executed on time and to specification within a lean operating structure. In the near term, the technical priority will be Infrastructure-as-a-Service across core network, compute and storage layers. Over time, you will scale the team and develop value-added services on top of the GPUaaS platform to enhance differentiation. The role requires close collaboration with commercial, product and delivery teams, as well as oversight of project governance, cost management and cybersecurity standards .

Persyaratan

You bring a strong foundation in data centre infrastructure and at least 10 years of senior technical experience within hyperscalers, specialised cloud providers, system integrators, OEM/ODM manufacturers or NVIDIA Cloud Partner-aligned organisations . You have successfully completed multiple end-to-end GPU cluster builds, with hands-on expertise across network, compute and storage architecture, and are comfortable operating in lean environments where programme management and delivery discipline are critical.

Strong stakeholder management skills are essential; English is required and Mandarin would be beneficial. Singapore-based candidates are preferred, or those able to work effectively with Singapore-based customers and partners.
