Director, Property Management

A prominent multinational fund manager is expanding its footprint in Singapore, and thus is seeking an experienced property management leader to oversee operational performance, cost management and compliance across a sizeable industrial portfolio in Singapore.

Tanggung Jawab

You will report to the Head of Department based in Singapore. This role will oversee managing agents and service providers, drive OPEX budgeting and cost control, and ensure full regulatory compliance. You will manage operational risk and escalations, support tenant retention through strong building performance, champion ESG and sustainability initiatives, and collaborate closely with capital works teams on lifecycle planning and asset enhancement strategies to optimise asset value and long-term returns.

Persyaratan

You have a minimum of 12 years of experience in property or facilities management. You possess a strong track record managing a complex and multi-property portfolio and has deep knowledge of the Singapore regulatory framework. Prior experience within institutional real estate would be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is proactive, collaborative and is a problem-solver.
