Overview
An energy infrastructure platform is seeking an Engineering Manager to take ownership of maintenance and engineering activities within a critical operations environment. This role sits at the intersection of performance, safety, and capital delivery, with a mandate to strengthen reliability, optimise lifecycle management, and support ongoing expansion initiatives.

This is a leadership position suited to an engineer who combines technical depth with operational oversight and a strong track record in team and contractor management.

The Role

You will oversee the full spectrum of maintenance and engineering activities, ensuring assets are operated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. A key focus will be on driving reliability and integrity across infrastructure through structured maintenance frameworks, inspection regimes, and data-led performance monitoring.

Working closely with operations and commercial stakeholders, you will align maintenance planning with business priorities, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal uptime. You will also take ownership of engineering systems and tools, strengthening planning, scheduling, and documentation practices to improve overall effectiveness.

In parallel, you will manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring high standards of delivery across cost, quality, and safety. You will play an active role in procurement and technical evaluations, contributing to vendor selection and long-term partnership strategies.

The position will also oversee the execution of capital projects, from early-stage scoping through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are met. This includes leading engineers on project execution and ensuring alignment with internal standards and operational needs.

A strong emphasis is placed on safety leadership. You will drive a proactive culture across the workforce, ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental requirements, while embedding best practices into day-to-day operations.

As a people leader, you will be responsible for building and developing a capable engineering team, setting clear expectations, strengthening technical competencies, and fostering a structured and performance-driven environment.

Persyaratan

You are an Engineering graduate with 10 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, and engineering operations within an industrial or process-driven setting.

You bring a solid understanding of maintenance planning, and operational safety, alongside familiarity with relevant regulatory and industry standards in Singapore.

Experience in leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving performance in a fast-paced environment is essential. You should also be comfortable working with engineering systems and data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
