Executive Assistant, Office and HR Admin (Lean Set up)

This is a critical role within a tightly knit lean corporate environment, working alongside the management team. This is a mixed scope role for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and able to adapt to the general working culture of the lean organization.
Responsibilities
Majority of the scope involves office management, ensuring the smooth operation of the corporate office. Secondary tasks involve executive assistance to the management team related to travel and meeting arrangements and tightening the upkeep of records and documentation.
Requirements
At least 4 years working experience in a mixed scope business support role. You are ideally comfortable working in a lean set up and able to multi-task. Those with some basic accounting background would be helpful due to HR admin liaison work with external HR vendors.
You ideally bring a cheerful and positive demeanor.
