Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Executive Compensation Professional to create and implement executive compensation strategies across its portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing investment results.
Tanggung Jawab
You will partner with investment teams and portfolio companies to shape executive compensation strategies, including designing and implementing short- and long-term incentive plans, such as equity programs. Working closely with senior leadership, you will assess compensation proposals, analyze market data, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, adapt strategies to industry-specific requirements, and deliver practical recommendations to enhance effectiveness across portfolio companies at various growth stages.
Persyaratan
You are degree qualified with over 10 years of experience in executive compensation, with a solid grasp of compensation frameworks and practices. A foundational understanding of corporate finance and the ability to analyze financial data to inform compensation strategies are essential. Strong analytical abilities, written communication, and presentation skills are key, along with a proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships and collaborating with C-suite executives and boards. Good interpersonal skills are critical for effectively influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
