Financial Controller

We are partnering with a FMCG manufactuer firm. As part of the group’s growth strategy, the organisation is seeking a Financial Controller to join their global Finance function based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
You will oversee the organisation’s full spectrum of financial operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and implementation of finance initiatives. Working closely with the business, you will drive alignment of financial strategies, support senior leadership in commercial and strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements as well as group financial policies. In addition, you will lead process optimisation efforts and contribute to ad-hoc projects as the business scales and evolves.

Requirements
You are ideally a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including exposure to costing in manufacturing industries. Experience in project management and system implementation will be advantageous. To excel in this role, you should be agile, proactive and process orientated.
