Due to a recent TOM redesign, our client is looking to appoint a seasoned FPA/Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their organization based in Singapore.
Peran
Reporting to the GCFO and managing a lean team, you will be instrumental in the transformation journey of elevating the Commercial Finance function across the organization. Partnering the various BU Heads, you will aid in identifying business opportunities, proactively provide meaningful and actionable insights, as well as lead the strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting exercises. You will effectively engage the senior leadership team on matters concerning overall business strategy, meeting of financial targets and suggesting continuous improvements towards the success of the organization.
Persyaratan
Ideally, you have a minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience, of which at least 5 years must be in a dedicated FPA / Commercial Finance Business Partnering leadership capacity. Prior experience in a complex and highly matrixed organisation will be highly preferred. As the organization is in Technology Services, candidates currently in the Tech ecosystem, and have familiarity with the intensity and pace, will be highly preferred. Strong communication as well as interpersonal skills are critical success factors in this role.
