Head of AI Governance and Risk – Financial Institution
This leading financial institution is accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence across the firm. To support this agenda, the organisation is seeking to appoint a senior Head of AI Governance and Risk to provide strategic oversight, policy leadership, and independent advisory on the responsible use of AI.
This role will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, shaping enterprise AI policy, governance standards, and risk appetite in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
Tanggung Jawab
You will lead the development and ongoing enhancement of the institution’s AI governance and policy framework, setting clear principles, standards, and guardrails for the use of AI and advanced analytics across the enterprise. You will provide independent advisory and challenge on AI-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, ethical standards, and the firm’s risk appetite.
Persyaratan
We are looking for a senior risk, compliance, or governance professional with 15+ years of experience in a financial institution or similarly regulated environment. Strong experience in policy development, regulatory advisory, and governance frameworks is essential, along with a solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, model risk, explainability, and ethical AI principles.
