In partnership with our client, we are seeking an experienced Innovation Centre Manager to lead a talented team of Food Technologists in food and beverage innovation. Based in Singapore, this role focuses on driving technical excellence and delivering winning product solutions that align with customer needs and market trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative concepts to life and ensure seamless execution of projects from inception to completion.

Tanggung Jawab

In this role, you will oversee a team of category managers, sensory scientists, and application technicians, guiding them to create solutions that exceed customer expectations. Your work will involve collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop customer-centric initiatives, exploring new ingredient functionalities, and ensuring product development meets high-quality standards for taste, cost efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will also personally lead key customer projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

Persyaratan

To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in B2B food development with expertise in ingredient functionality, particularly in the beverage category (e.g., powdered premixes, RTD, syrups). Knowledge of other areas such as dairy, bakery, confectionery, or savory products will be advantageous. You will bring proven leadership and people management skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
