Head of Talent

The Head of Talent and Management is a senior HR leader responsible for designing and executing comprehensive talent strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain top-tier employees. This role oversees the full spectrum of talent management and acquisition activities, ensuring they align with business objectives and organizational priorities. You will provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the HR talent and acquisition teams, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Talent team to execute effective workforce planning, candidate sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding strategies aligned with business needs.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify skills gaps and deliver targeted learning and development initiatives to build organizational capabilities.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve talent management frameworks including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
- Prepare, review, and manage HR-related board papers and reports ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate governance standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that improve workplace culture, productivity, and retention.
- Monitor workforce trends, HR metrics, and external labor market intelligence to guide proactive talent strategies.
Experience
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field; advanced degree or relevant HR certification preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles with direct responsibility for talent management and acquisition.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating workforce insights into actionable HR strategies.
