Head of Technology, FMCG manufacturing

We are currently partnering with a prominent, globally established FMCG manufacturing leader (headquartered in Singapore) as they embark on a significant phase of digital transformation.

Responsibilities
Lead the Group’s IT strategy, aligning every technology initiative with broader business goals to foster operational excellence and digital maturity. Own the Enterprise Ecosystem: Oversee the integrity and value delivery of core systems, with a primary focus on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 ERP) environment. Build the Fortress: Establish robust IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and rigorous compliance policies to safeguard the organization across all operational jurisdictions. Design Data Intelligence: Lead the data architecture and analytics strategy, creating secure, scalable systems that turn raw information into actionable business insights. Cultivate Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-jurisdictional IT team, ensuring your department is aligned with the group’s overarching vision. Manage Resources: Own the IT budget, optimizing procurement and vendor relationships to ensure high-ROI service delivery.

You will bring your experience of…
Senior Leadership: 15+ years in Information Technology, with at least 8 years operating at a senior leadership level (ideally within the manufacturing sector). Enterprise Systems: Proven, hands-on experience in managing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 ERP) and complex enterprise applications. Stakeholder Influence: The ability to influence across functions and regions, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Operational Governance.
