Lead DFIR Specialist (Assistant Director), Technology Firm

Our client is a leading technology firm with a critical digital mandate and a strong focus on cyber resilience. They are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity professional to lead digital forensics and incident response capabilities, strengthen enterprise readiness, and drive effective response to complex cyber threats.

Peran

This role will oversee high-impact cyber incident response activities, including investigation, containment, remediation, post-incident review, and continuous improvement of response playbooks. The successful candidate will manage and mentor a team of DFIR specialists, coordinate closely with internal technology, security operations, infrastructure and application teams, and provide clear guidance during major incidents. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical depth in forensic investigation, malware analysis, threat hunting, SIEM/log analysis, endpoint detection, and incident handling across large-scale environments.

Persyaratan

• Strong experience in cyber incident response, digital forensics, threat investigation, containment and recovery within enterprise environments.
• Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead, coach and develop technical security teams.
• Solid understanding of security monitoring, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, network security, cloud platforms, Windows/Linux environments and attack techniques.
• Ability to manage high-pressure incidents, engage stakeholders, drive root-cause analysis and translate findings into practical remediation actions.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCFA, GCIH, EnCE, CHFI, CEH or equivalent will be advantageous.
