    Our client is a well-established organization recognized for its commitment to talent development and leadership excellence. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Talent Management and Leadership Development, Lead to in facilitating senior leadership growth and succession planning across the organization.

    Position Overview


    As the Lead, Talent Management & Leadership Development, you will be responsible for the growth and development of the organization’s senior leaders through personalized coaching, cohort-based, and team-based development approaches.

    Key Responsibilities


    Reporting to the Director of Talent Management and Leadership Development, you will be responsible for interpreting psychometric assessments and 360-degree feedback, providing insightful debriefings and tailored recommendations for senior leaders. You will design and implement comprehensive leadership development plans that align with both individual growth and broader organizational objectives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the development needs of senior leaders, ensuring that the leadership development strategies are continuously updated with market-leading practices. The role also involves monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of leadership programs, adjusting strategies to maximize impact. Additionally, you will contribute to the organization’s broader talent management strategy, identifying and nurturing high-potential leaders, and driving the bench strength.

    Requirements

    You are degree-qualified with a Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology or a related field. You bring at least 10 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and talent management. You have a strong understanding of psychometric assessments, 360-degree feedback, and leadership development best practices. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to engage effectively with senior leaders. You possess strategic thinking, business acumen, and a passion for continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in leadership development and talent management. You are also able to work independently, demonstrating strong consulting and change management skills to deliver impactful and sustainable leadership development initiatives.
