The Expertise: What You Will Bring
You have around 10+ years of Trade Finance experience (preferably in Technology). Beyond technical knowledge, you will bring at least three years of experience leading teams, with a genuine passion for coaching junior BAs and fostering a culture of excellence. You can demonstrate the end-to-end flow of products – from Channels and Front Office to Middle and Back Office – and you understand the critical impact of Trade Finance on loans and limits. Your technical versatility allows you to thrive in both SDLC and Agile/SCRUM environments, while your strategic communication skills enable you to gain consensus from diverse stakeholders and speak with confidence across all levels of seniority.
We are seeking a heavyweight professional who pairs deep domain mastery with the strategic mindset of a Product Owner. You will bring at least a decade of Business Analysis experience within financial services, specifically within a regional hub environment. Because of the specialized nature of this project, you may also possess expert-level knowledge of Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Supply Chain Management, Factoring, and SWIFT. We are looking for a specialist who understands the intricate “plumbing” of Trade Finance.
