Legal Counsel, Digital Infrastructure

A Digital Infrastructure company is seeking a Legal Counsel to support corporate, commercial, and project-related legal matters across Asia, including contract drafting, regulatory compliance, governance, and cross-border transactions. The role involves advising internal stakeholders, supporting M&A/JV activities, and working closely with regional teams and external counsel in a fast-paced growth environment.

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with between 5 to 10 years of corporate and commercial experience, preferably with exposure to infrastructure, real estate, or technical sectors. They should demonstrate strong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently manage complex matters and deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice.
