Legal Counsel (ISDA), Investment Management
A leading buy-side investment management firm is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. The organisation offers exposure to sophisticated financial markets, supporting a broad investment platform within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The role provides legal support across derivatives documentation, fund-related agreements, and general commercial contracts, while partnering closely with investment, trading, operations, and risk teams. Responsibilities include negotiating and managing legal documentation, supporting regulatory and commercial matters, leveraging AI and legal technology to enhance legal processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of documentation standards and workflows.
The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years of legal or financial markets experience, with exposure to commercial contracts and, ideally, derivatives documentation such as ISDA agreements, together with a strong interest in applying AI to legal work.
