Manager, Electrification Program – Singapore

Kerry Consulting is working with an established industrial organisation to appoint a Manager, Electrification Program, supporting continued growth across industrial electrification, sustainability, and energy transition initiatives.

This position blends engineering credibility, commercial ownership, and programme execution. You will lead initiatives from early customer discussions and solution shaping through to project delivery, with clear accountability for commercial outcomes and sustainability impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall electrification programme roadmap, coordinating technical, commercial, and delivery priorities across multiple workstreams
• Translate customer needs into practical electrification solutions, shaping offerings across electrification, sustainability, and digital/analytics-enabled services
• Own early-stage opportunity development: customer engagement, solution positioning, feasibility review, and market potential assessment
• Support go-to-market activities including customer acquisition efforts, marketing collaboration, and representation at relevant industry platforms/events
• Manage customer-facing projects with structured governance, clear scope control, resourcing alignment, and milestone-based delivery

Persyaratan

• Degree / Diploma in Marine, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 8 years’ experience in the offshore / marine energy space, including 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role
• Strong understanding of offshore and/or marine operations, engineering practices, and delivery realities
• Exposure to sustainability or energy transition topics, with working knowledge of carbon and climate policy drivers and emerging technologies
• Experience supporting tenders and proposals, working alongside commercial/BD/marketing stakeholders
• Strong programme/project management capability with structured problem-solving and stakeholder leadership
