About the Role
As Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will be the strategic leader responsible for designing and governing the Bank’s technology blueprint. You will drive the alignment of business goals with IT capabilities, guiding the modernization of legacy systems, and enabling scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead the enterprise architecture strategy to support digital transformation and innovation
• Define target-state architecture across business, application, data, and infrastructure domains
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, principles, and governance frameworks
• Drive adoption of cloud-native, API-first, and microservices-based architectures
• Lead and mentor a team of solution and domain architects
• Evaluate emerging technologies and guide strategic investment decisions
• Ensure architectural compliance with regulatory, security, and operational requirements
