      Our Client
      Our client is a leading financial services organization with strong regional presence. Reporting to the Head of Talent. you will play a pivotal part in advancing succession planning, leadership development, and learning initiatives that enable sustained business growth and capability building across the enterprise.

      Responsibilities
      You will design and execute talent management and succession frameworks that align with organizational goals and will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify key talent, assess succession readiness, and implement targeted development plans. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating talent reviews, generating data-driven insights, and supporting the development of future-ready talent pipelines in partnership with Talent Acquisition.

      In addition, you will oversee the design and delivery of learning and development programmes, including orientation, induction, and core development pathways, while working with subject matter experts to curate impactful training and leadership experiences. You will champion the adoption of digital learning and innovative approaches to strengthen organizational capabilities. They will also lead the execution and analysis of the annual culture survey, using insights to co-create targeted interventions with HR and business teams. Managing external vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting enterprise-wide projects in collaboration with the Head of Talent Management & Learning are also key aspects of this role.

      Requirements
      The ideal candidate will bring 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development. They will possess strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, with a proven track record in designing and executing talent and culture initiatives that drive organizational impact.

      Exceptional programme management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the organization. The role requires a resilient, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and embraces a hands-on, collaborative approach to achieving results.
