VP, Design Management, Real Estate

A regional premium workspace operator, known for beautifully designed environments, high-touch service and curated business communities is expanding its business footprint in APAC. They are seeking a design management lead to serve as the primary design authority and brand custodian.

Tanggung Jawab

The role will report directly to the Head of Department and will lead the design vision, project delivery and construction oversight for the regional portfolio. You will act as the primary design authority and brand custodian, translating business objectives into commercially viable, sustainable design strategies. The role will manage end-to-end projects from concept to handover, working closely with external consultants, contractors, property owners, and internal business functions. You will oversee space planning, finishes, furniture, styling, tender documentation, budgeting, scheduling, site reviews and defect checks, while driving standardisation, process improvement, innovation and sustainability across regions.

Persyaratan

You possess a qualification in architecture, interior design or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of experience in design leadership, project management or technical services within hospitality, premium co-working, luxury real estate or related sectors. Candidates who are in in architectural / design consultancies looking to take on a senior leadership role inhouse are welcome to apply.

To succeed in this role, you will be described as detail-oriented, commercial minded, articulate and have a willingness to travel across APAC and occasionally to US.
