VP, Investment – Private Infrastructure Fund
A Private Equity Fund, investing in energy transition, renewable energy and infrastructure is looking to hire an experienced investment professional to join their team.

Working closely with the Partners and Managing Directors, you will be responsible for all aspects of deal execution including financial modelling, conducting due diligence, deal structuring, terms negotiation, guiding junior colleagues, engaging with external and internal deal parties, preparation of internal and external presentations through to successful deal completion. This is an Asia mandate, investing in new generation/digital infrastructure across sub sectors and energy transition/renewables in Asia. You will connect with and maintain regular dialogue with investors, promoters and sell- side advisors, developing strong networks across the investment ecosystem in these sectors in Asia.
Persyaratan
The ideal candidate has outstanding academic qualifications and 6 – 10 years of relevant experience including investment banking/M&A deal track record in infrastructure and/or renewable energy/energy transition in Asia. Private equity deal experience in this region is preferred. You will actively work with platform/portfolio companies in driving valuations and regional growth, ensuring successful transition. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and team-oriented environment is crucial. Due to high deal flow, frequent travel in the region is expected.
