VP-Middle Office Operations (Aladdin experience preferred)
Our client, a leading asset management firm, is looking for an experienced Transaction Operations professional to join its team. This role sits within Transaction Operations and provides oversight across the full trade lifecycle, working closely with outsourced service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure strong post-trade execution, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
You will support the Head of Transaction Operations in overseeing day-to-day transaction operations, including trade processing, corporate actions, reconciliations, and client and regulatory reporting. Acting as a key escalation point, you will proactively challenge and resolve issues that impact delivery quality or timeliness, while ensuring service providers meet agreed KPIs, SLAs, and delivery standards through regular service reviews and performance scorecards.
The role supports global markets investment activities across multiple asset classes and requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, custodians, brokers, and middle-office service providers to ensure timely resolution of trade-related issues and queries. You will be involved in new market and new instrument initiatives, supporting analysis, readiness assessments, and transition activities as the business grows.
Persyaratan
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has over 10 years of experience within asset management operations, preferably in a similar transaction or middle office oversight role. Strong hands-on knowledge across multiple asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, Rates, FX Forwards, and Money Market instruments is essential, along with experience using Aladdin.
