Head of Logistics and Warehousing

Responsibilities
In this leadership role, you will spearhead end-to-end warehousing, inventory and logistics operations for the Singapore operations, building a scalable and high-performing function from the ground up to support business growth. You will oversee the full materials flow from supplier receipt to customer delivery, ensuring operational excellence across warehousing, inventory management, transportation, customs compliance and 3PL management. In addition, you will be responsible for developing efficient operating processes, warehouse strategies and governance frameworks, driving cost optimisation, service quality and risk management, while leveraging logistics technologies and data analytics to improve visibility and performance. Leading a sizable team of qualified professionals, you will spearhead cross-functional transformation initiatives and implement scalable systems and capabilities that enhance operational resilience, customer service and long-term supply chain performance.
Experience
Ideally, you are a seasoned Operations leader with a track record in supply chain, logistics and warehousing. Armed with strong expertise in transforming operations, you are willing to challenge the status quo and establish best practices to drive business performance. Prior expertise in establishing warehouse design and deploying digital solutions would be highly valued. To succeed in this role, you will be described as agile, entrepreneurial and passionate about transformation.
