Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial

The client is a leading healthcare provider and looking to add bench strength to its existing corporate secretarial team to better support the needs of the Board and wider organization.
Responsibilities
You will play an active role in Board meeting preparation, follow through and post meeting wrap up. This involves preparation of meeting documents, minutes taking and filing work to ACRA.
As this role sits in a team, there will be a strong support system to ensure workflow and allocation runs smoothly and fairly.
Requirements
You bring at least 5 years corporate secretarial experience attained in-house or in service providers. Ideally someone who is comfortable with both high level and administrative nature of the work. Ability to work collegiately in a team by being a strong team player is essential.
